Software License Agreement
PLEASE READ
This is an agreement between X-Wire Technology, the developers of Tizer
Secure™, and you as an individual, company or legal entity. It outlines the terms and conditions under which X-Wire Technology provides a single license of Tizer Secure™ for your personal use. This agreement relies solely on the condition that you acknowledge reading this license agreement and accept it in its entirety. It constitutes the entire agreement between X-Wire Technology and you and it replaces all prior agreements.
Read the complete license agreement prior to downloading Tizer Secure™ onto your computer system. During the installation process, you must acknowledge that you have read this agreement and that you agree with its terms. If you do not agree with the terms of the license agreement, discontinue installation by signifying that you do not agree with the terms when prompted. If Tizer Secure™ is already installed, uninstall Tizer Secure™, and all of its components. Discard all related documentation.
LICENSE
X-Wire Technology owns the exclusive rights to the Tizer Secure™ and all of its properties, which include all its trademarks, trade secrets and proprietary technology, all of its versions and database updates, and all of its documentation and user’s guides. X-Wire Technology and its properties are also protected by copyright law.
As a licensee of Tizer Secure™, X-Wire Technology enables a single user to use Tizer Secure™ for one computer for the entire duration of the licensing agreement. To use the software you must accept the license agreement as previously stated. You can neither partially nor completely give, share, distribute, sell, sub-lease or otherwise transfer your Tizer Secure™ license or its properties to another party—whether for compensation or not.
This license covers any new Tizer Secure™ software version releases, virus definition updates, or modifications of Tizer Secure™ from X-Wire Technology. You may save one copy of Tizer Secure™, your product key and your user name on a removable media devise for the purposes of backup.
By accepting this license agreement, you agree that you will not attempt to deconstruct Tizer Secure™ with the purpose of modifying its features or with the intent of trying to locate or replicate Tizer Secure’s™ proprietary technology or source code.
Your licensing agreement begins on the date of installation and continues for the entire period of time for which you purchased your license to use Tizer Secure™. When this period of time expires, you may choose to renew your licensed version of Tizer Secure™ or delete it from your system.
TERMINATION
This agreement is in effect until it is terminated. The agreement terminates if your license period expires and you do not renew, if you choose to terminate the agreement before the license period expires, or if you do not fully comply with the terms of this license agreement.
When your license agreement terminates, you must uninstall Tizer Secure™ from your system and delete any and all related documentation related to it. If you chose to terminate your license agreement before your license period expires, you will not be entitled to a refund, either full or partial.
CONTENT UPDATES
X-Wire Technology continually updates Tizer Secure’s™ malware definitions database and periodically updates the Tizer Secure™ software. You have the right to updates your Tizer Secure™ software and malware definitions database at least once per day in order to stay protected from the latest threats we have uncovered.
Unlimited updates of your software and database are available to you for the entire duration of your license period. If your license agreement expires or terminates, you are no longer eligible to receive software and database updates.
PRIVACY
Tizer Secure’s™ log files will collect the following information for each scan performed: the level of threat for each file, what has been quarantined and what has been removed. Tizer Secure’s™ report files collects your registered username, version number, database version, operating system, and other relevant information about your last scan as contained in your log file.
When you send a log or report to Tizer Secure’s™ technical support team, this information is provided along with your description of the issue. This enables Tizer Secure’s™ technical team to analyze problems and identify a solution.
Tizer Secure™ will not collect personal identification information such as your full name, credit card, payment information or address. All of the information collected in logs and reports is aggregated and not connected to any personal identification information. Logs and reports are used only for analysis. None of the information will be distributed or sold to third parties, nor will it be used for sales or marketing purposes.
Tizer Secure™ reserves the right to analyze any malware, harmful web sites, executable files or potential security risks it finds for the purposes of advancing the Tizer Secure™ application or develop future products based on what we find on you machine.
No information will be disclosed unless required by law enforcement or applicable government laws.
